We offer sports physicals during your child's annual wellness checkup. LHSAA physical forms can be found on our website on the "forms" tab or on the LHSAA website. The physical is valid for a year.

When your baby is born, simply inform the hospital staff that you have chosen one of our physicians as your child's pediatrician.
If your infant is born at OLGMC then a physician from PAL will round on your infant everyday he/she is there. Otherwise upon discharge, please contact our office about scheduling your baby's first visit to our office which is usually within 3-5 days after birth. Please remember to bring your newborn's hospital records to the first appointment.

We now offer cryoablasion with liquid nitrogen. Depending on the size of the wart, 1-2 visits may be needed. This is best suited for children able to sit still during the brief discomfort.

To evaluate and diagnose ADHD we use tools such
as a checklist of symptoms, talking with parents and children about their challenges, and questionnaires completed by parents and teachers. During a comprehensive visit, we discuss the results and next best step forward for your child.
