As a courtesy reminder, most insurance plans allow 30 days to add your newborn to your policy. If your newborn is not added within this timeframe, coverage for your baby may be denied.
Please contact your insurance company as soon as possible after birth to add your newborn to your plan.
Also, please bring your newborn's hospital paperwork to the first visit.
As a courtesy you will receive a phone call and text reminder beginning 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Please CALL to cancel the appointment 24 hours in advance. This allows us to better accommodate the needs of other families.
A $75 fee will be charged for appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
